I agree with all of the OP except for that tiers don't won't change. If you ask an alumni which houses were "top tier" 15 years ago, you will NOT get the same answer as if you ask a current student. Also, tier consideration is very middle-school ish. Let that go. Finally, remember: you have to LIVE WITH the girls in the house you choose/chooses you. If you base your decision on some arbitrary post about tiers on GR, you might end up miserable. Choose the house with the people you feel like you could LIVE with (not just go to some parties with). Living is 24/7
