there's people who dress to almost every culture here. even in the greek system. Maybe not collectively one certain sorority, but many girls in different chapters. @YES I'm not sure where you're looking on campus to say "VERY few," because I could name countless girls who not only dress like southerners but also are southerners. But regardless @Southern Belle, using that as your requirement isn't a good way to find a place to "fit in." And claiming you're a southern belle isn't a good way either. Your personality, style, and how you carry yourself should prove that without saying anything.
