the thing is-they shouldn't matter. but the idea of tiers has been around for so long, and the tiers have been established for so long, that the greek system keeps going with it! it's not like we created it. we are just going with what we know. everyone knows you can have fun anywhere if you MAKE it fun. But, I do think top tiers are really the only one that matters. It's hard to rank in order after the middle.
