You're incorrect. Unless the national office terminated all the individual women, they are still members of Tri Delta. They just aren't members in an active collegiate chapter. Even when nationals close chapters for the most hardcore of reasons, they usually don't terminate the individual members. They hold out hope that they might see the error of their ways and send them a donation. Tri Delta at Penn State was another story. The majority of them resigned their memberships as a big FU to nationals. Tldr: having your chapter close does not make you a "geed."
