Alpha Phi is NOT top tier at all, not even close to XO and Pi Phi. ZTA is on par now with Gamma Phi and DZ. There is literally no difference looks wise between Phi Mu, AOII, SK, KD, Theta. Lots of girls went to pref at combinations of those three chapters. Beta's parties are so boring no wonder their pairs have to make their pledges go. The Delt house is going to hurt TPA more than help it in the long run. Their fees will go up and members will drop.
