What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Okay, people. Had the IU Tri Delta's NEGLECTED to recruit during their probationary time in 2017 and 2018, Tri Delta would have ended up over 100 women smaller than any other IU sorority. Is that scenario any better than having 55 women that were only new members for a few weeks? Better to have the 55 pledged in 2017 than never to have those 55 women belong somewhere because complainers were afraid to have new members due to probation. All 55 were released and are able to be bid to another group should they so desire. It is the fundamental right and privilege of a private org like Tri Delta to follow proven and specific guidelines when governing their chapters and supervising their membership. If you don't like it and you are a Tri Delta, I hope you have a position within your org to be the change you wish to see.
