Huh? "The chapter was given opportunities to change the culture but couldn't do it." Are you seriously kidding me? Tri Delta had lots of time to turn its fortunes around, especially over the past few semesters; the women in that chapter were fully aware of the consequences which awaited them if they didn't get their stuff together. They knew that they could make their chapter better but willingly refused to accept - much less appreciate - the help & guidance which EO & their advisors were giving them. If you want to point fingers at anyone in particular, call out the chapter's whole Exec Board; they failed to uphold the standards & expectations which all Greek orgs require from their members. Oh, & they also failed to hold their sisters accountable for their actions & allowed a total lack of transparency. Call EO's decision to shut Tri Delta down complete overkill but it was an expedient move which needed to be made.
