You are delusional! It is the current members fault and no one else. Don't sit there and blame the EO or advisors. The women are adults and should not need to be babysat. EO and advisors did not tell the chapter to go out and make bad choices or any of the things they were on probation for. Their EO and advisors were there TO HELP get this house back on track. They gave them the opportunity to have a recruitment. Recruitment women that would uphold the values of DDD. It's unfortunate the NM's did not get the opportunity to become an asset to this chapter and perhaps change the culture. The NM's are not to blame. This chapter was on a very strict probation and a high risk chapter. No one in this chapter was unaware of what was being required of them by their EO. Advisors can only do so much. The chapter was given opportunities to change the culture but they couldn't do it. The EO, in order to protect Tri Delt from serious consequences did the final ultimate thing and pulled the charter. If you want to point fingers, then point towards the chapter Officers for not holding their members accountable for their actions. The officers oversee "maintaining control"...THEY LIVE IN THE HOUSE!!! They were elected to uphold the bylaws of the chapter. What a millennial attitude! "It's not our fault that we are out of control, it's the fault of our advisors and the EO because they couldn't control our behavior. Why should we have to suffer because of our behavior was reprehensible?"
