Actually, Tri Delta deliberately chose to violate their probation, which in turn forced Nationals' hand. You'd like to believe that the chapter's Exec Board would make a genuine effort to fix the ongoing issues at that house but they never bothered about it. This should be a precautionary tale for Pi Phi: what happened with Tri Delta could happen to them.
