Actually, no matter what people say on here. It is a fact that IU is not offering ANY land to ANY Greek organizations. Sigma Kappa is not getting any special treatment. And other fraternities have been waiting in line for a land grab for YEARS. So if land does become available, SK may not get priority. If you haven't noticed, IU is really expanding EVERYWHERE. There priority right now is building enough classrooms for the growing class size. Like damn, theres not even enough space in most dorms right now for the freshmen, so any available developable land is going to go to IU's interests. Have you not noticed that 3rd street was once ALL sororities and fraternities, but then IU expanded.
