Delta Upsilon has been on probation (for numerous things) since 2011. Don't believe me? Go to the IU Greek Affairs site and look at the records. Every single year they have been on some time of probation including deferred suspension for things like hazing, alcohol, endangering others, and failure to comply. How much longer will IU tolerate it and allow them on campus?
