From what I heard TPA submitted a high bid to Delts however there are rumors circulating that they over-embellished the amount of girls that can afford to live in. That's why their nationals came down. Previous posts mention the math but to go over it again it's highly unlikely girls paying $400-600 to live in Terra are willing to pay $1,000+ per month to live in Delts. Sure, Freshman and Sophomores are paying that much now to live in the dorms but it doesn't mean they want to pay that much next year. Delts is nervous to commit to TPA because they know their numbers are high.
