Care to explain the reason why TPA submitted their contract late? Its because they hoped to have higher number at the late contract submission date because they were pitifully low on the actual due date. Anyways, a lot of the stuff on this forum are rumors, nothing else. I wouldn't put too much weight on anything you hear on this forum and instead just wait until theres an announcement by the people who actually know whats going on (aka delts, TPA, Skulls, DPhiE, IFC, Panhellen) through their official platforms and not this website.
