There's truth to Anon's post. Most of TPA lives in Terra and are paying $400-600 per month. Sophs, Juniors, and Seniors live there. They were just under quota for rush. Also, dont forget live-out fees that can add an extra $400 per semester to dues. Delts is the same price as living in the dorms on campus. So that means 40 something sophomores should be able to live in if they are willing to pay the same price per month they are paying now. However, many sophomores move off campus to cheaper living arrangements. I just don't see how the numbers are there. The girls living in Terra would have to pay 2x more than what they are paying now to live in Delts. It makes sense that rumors of TPA lying about their numbers are circulating.
