As much as I really like TPA, and think they are the ones that most deserve that house, this might negatively impact Greek Life becoming more inclusive to unhoused chapters. This leaves only 2 unhoused sororities now to like 12 unhoused fraternities, and I don't see TPA pairing with unhoused frats any longer. Pilam, Skulls, and Pike will probably survive, but the rest will struggle to pair with anybody, even DPhiE and ASA. Social scene is what makes Greek organizations. It affects everything from membership numbers to the amount of people that go to your philanthropy events. Let's be honest, when was the last time you saw a top tier sorority attend an unhoused fraternity's philanthropy event? It doesn't happen. Elitism goes beyond just who attends your parties, it affects everything about a Greek organization. TPA good luck with that beautiful house. Your organization has overall better quality young women than most upper mid and top sororities could dream of. Big things are yet to come for you. To unhoused fraternities like Phi Tau, Delta Sig, Beta Sig, AKL, KDR I wish you good luck in the future. Times were tough as it was but now it's going to get tougher. Survive and get out there. Recruit like hell. Go to all the other Greek organizations philanthropy events and gain exposure.
