TPA has already signed Terra. There are girls putting up subletting advertisements on IU forums. So, half the chapter that has to sublet in order to live in Delts. Also, Terra is expensive so chances are the girls that could afford to live in Delts are in Terra with signed leases. DphiE is more scattered and many girls haven't signed leases. Rumor has it that DphiE did not have the numbers able to adequately fill Delts. Numbers for sororities will have to be higher because the bathrooms in the house will have to be renovated.
