What do you care for anyway? You know nothing about the intent of their national chapter. Breaking a lease is a small price to pay to show organizational support. Terra will be able to lease the renovated apts for a premium, so they dont care if they break the lease. The bigger picture is breaking dorm leases for people living in dorms that just signed last Friday at $600 a pop. If the nationals pays those break fees and charges them back to the girls over the 10 month lease on the house, it is just $60 per month which is not that big of a deal. The national chapter will also be able to raise their dues considerably once they are a housed chapter and be able to offset fees incurd from Terra improvements and cost assoicated with moving into the Delt house. So, before you speak check your FACTS again!
