but what does pursuing a house mean? Because we can all see why they might not want to purchase a house if the chapter can't make quota However, renting a house is a different matter entirely. If DPhiE could make it work financially so that their members are living in and they can cover the house with what they would otherwise spend on rooms living on campus or in an apartment or something + some parlor fees, I don't see why their nationals would say no It would really depend on what the rent of the house would be
