Not sure of the official panhel rules but in my sorority we usually have one or two girls who drop in the days after bid night because of time commitment/financial reasons/deciding Greek life isn't for them, etc. Our nationals allows us to give snap bids to replace those girls but only to pnms that we invited to 3 party that ranked is on their pref card. Not sure if that will change this year because rush was a little different, but the idea is that we don't reward girls who dropped over petty reasons ahead of girls who were genuinely interested. But yeah don't get too hopeful cause it's pretty rare :/
