Obviously a SK wrote this not a PNM. PNMs don't care about this. They care about sleeping and how many chapters everyone got invited back to. This is why SK drives people nuts, because they are constantly on GR posting this pretending they are someone else. SK is not a big national, but not the smallest either. They aren't big enough to throw money at a house. Local housing corporations raise and build, not nationals. They are actively raising and will get there, but for now they are renting Phi Psi.
