Chi O has 1 out of 3 better pledge classes than Pi Phi (along with a couple other chapters), and that's just from this past year. Pi Phi dominated recruitment in 2015 & a lot of other chapters did WAY better than Chi O in 2014... I appreciate you stating your opinion and would much rather pair with Chi O, but you're one out of 1,000s of frat guys who would avidly pick Pi Phi over Chi O for a big pair if it came down to it. I don't get the hype over Chi O for doing one great year in recruitment.
