Sigma Nu is the only confirmed expansion and they've already been pushed back two years. Their website says they're looking forward to Fall 2024 recolonizing now. Theta Chi is not yet eligible to return but could come back after Sigma Nu. The others have all been gone for 4+ years and have to wait on IFC to decide to open for expansion before applying to recolonize, then get selected (what D-Chi, TKE & Beta had to do to come back after 20-ish years gone each) Panhell who knows but at least its finally on the agenda.
