SigEp's award winning Balanced Man Program® aligns perfectly with year-round recruitment. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say our chapter recruits a member in March. The members already in the Sigma challenge since January have completed three of the eight required Sigma Challenge meetings that term. It's easy -- the new member coming in that March joins the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining five meetings.
