Local NPC has to vote to open for expansion. This is a written rule under the National NPC Org. Also, the sororities need to maitain a certain quota that is set by the local NPC. The NIC does NOT have this rule and is in favor of open expansion, depending on the University's approval and/ or Greek Life Office approval. There is no quota that IFC requires during recruitment. We definitely need at least 2 more sororities at SDSU.
