I'm just gonna say now that you don't know where you fit in until you see every sorority for yourself. Going in with the mentality of wanting a single sorority doesn't end well 90% of the time. Sororities have not announced yet whether or not they will be doing spring recruitment. My advice is to follow UCF Panhellenic on Facebook and see when they announce it.
