We don’t have to lie and inflate chapters. ΣΑΕ is moving up and doesn’t want lower socials. They’ll gain more. They dropped ΚΑΘ & ΑΕΦ, have not yet had ΠΒΦ. ΠΚΦ & ΑΕΦ have never once had a social. ΤΚΕ does not have ΖΤΑ. As chapters move up in tiers and grow in popularity they sometimes drop lower chapters , like ΣΑΕ. Others move up and stay with the lowers like ΑΞΔ, who has all tiers.
