Hear me out. PiKapp has been at UCF for years not starting out like Beta. Why would PiKapp move down bc Beta got a house? More new frats will get houses. At least PiKapp pairs. TKE lied and said they had PiPhi for hoco they got a rude awakening. TKE is doing too much you look like PiKapp with a few cute guys.
