Pan manages formal recruitment in the fall and that’s a large task. Spring recruitment is informal and each chapter does what they want. It’s nice to have give chapters some freedom, but at the very least there should be COB sign up. Every year the PNMs have questions about the process. The set up now is confusing and not fair since chapters just ignore girls and just leave them guessing, the least they could do is respond.
