i definitely think that aephi is good but thetas are better looking and more popular. theta has been a joke within the greek community for their self ranking and conceitedness but they’re still good. even when ranked upper mid they’ve always been seen as a few steps above chi omega. and that’s where they still stand. true mid above chi omega. aephi is a lower mid chapter currently and theta is a rue mid chapter.
