Before recruitment, I was on GR and believed all the rank posts. When I actually went through recruitment I found out that some info was spot on but some chapters were very very different from what I had read about. Also, not every chapter posts all their girl on Instagram so you don’t know what they are truly like until you go to meet them…and have conversations with them. I am happy to say that I love my chapter and found the best friends I could have ever asked for going through recruitment. I also have friends in other chapters that love their chapters as well. The best advice I could give any PNM is to make connections and embrace the chapter that picks you. Do not join because of ranks, the ranks change and the ranks are based on opinions. No one really cares here about ranks besides a few groups of girls that still have a high school mentality. Enjoy recruitment!
