UCF Sorority Active Members & Drops/Retention Both large and small chapters can be great. Larger groups do have strength in membership. Membership retention is most important. You want to join a group that is consistent. Drops happen due to school, work, finances, etc. If most girls are happy and stay in their sisterhood that’s a good sign.
