DZ and GPhi are both considered bottom tier. Neither have houses, but during recruitment I found them both to be pretty different. I am in a mid tier chapter but actually enjoyed my time with DZ during recruitment. Girls are fun and very sweet. However, I found the conversations at GPhi to be very forced. They are nice girls, just socially awkward. DZ reminds me a lot of KKG, just without a house.
