This “tier” system is funny. Love the order of importance. Tier Considerations: Campus relevance (yes, your only relevant if “we” say so), strong membership & retention, new member class, looks (yes looks are sooo important), personality (who decides what kind of personality is good), social life (party girls), philanthropy events (lower on the list of importance I see), srat & frat relations (if the boys like you or not, whatever), Greek involvement(but they only count certain types of involvement), diversity (also low on the list I see), remaining in good standing with ofsl, house/no house (because a house says you’re a good sorority, no it says you’ve been here longer or bought your house). (Not gpa or athletics, we’re social/philanthropic organizations, not academic or sports teams) We are not in the 50’s and 60’s anymore! GPA should tell you that girls care about their future and not just parting and getting a husband. For saying they are social/philanthropic organizations, social so they can party but philanthropic was not at the top of the “consideration list”.
