You have relations wrong. Theta has never had a social with ATO. ATO has been losing relations and wanted a backup plan. They have not planned or confirmed a social for 2023 because it seems they’ve been regaining their relations. Sigma Chi does not have a social with Theta in 2023. Sigma Chi & ATO both have socials planned with AxiD in 2023. I am very qualified to tell you. If you don’t believe me ask your local ATO or Sig.
