I am in a top chapter, and I have no bias toward either sorority. I think both of them have their strengths and weaknesses, and this will be the most fair in the least bias comparison. Popularity: ΚΑΘ = ΑΞΔ This is fairly obvious. They are quite the same in popular. One has a light edge but it’s not significant. Frat Relations: ΑΞΔ > ΚΑΘ Both of them have had socials with Sigma Chi. Only one of them will have a social with them in 2023. Both of them will have socials with ATO in 2023 and one of them will have socials with Theta Chi in 2023. Coming from someone who’s actually in greeklife, take my word for it. Theta= 2/3 Top, 2/4 Upper Mid AXiD= 2/3 Top, 4/4 Upper Mid Srat Relations: ΚΑΘ > ΑΞΔ This one is hard to scope so just using my real world knowledge. Social Life: ΑΞΔ > ΚΑΘ since they have more socials and more followers and go out more and have participated in every Philo male and female, this is a clear winner. Ιnvolvement: ΑΞΔ > ΚΑΘ Last semester they were extremely involved and made significant improvements. They didn’t only support top and upper, but they also support it true and lower. Reputation: ΚΑΘ > ΑΞΔ this is a clear winner. when it comes to all of the sororities in all tiers, this is one of the top three best reputation of all sororities. Diversity: ΚΑΘ > ΑΞΔ This is a no brainer. Comp Wins: ΑΞΔ > ΚΑΘ This is obvious. Philo Event: ΑΞΔ > ΚΑΘ This is a no brainer. Pan Leadership: ΚΑΘ > ΑΞΔ Theta’s are the definition of leaders. Retention: ΚΑΘ > ΑΞΔ Theta has ONE more drop than AXiD. I mean yeah it counts but does it really…. this is equal. Looks: ΑΞΔ > ΚΑΘ This is fairly obvious. Good Standing: ΚΑΘ > ΑΞΔ Theta has not had any significant trouble with OFSL that I am aware of. So they take this win. Greek Relevance: ΚΑΘ > ΑΞΔ They have awards in so many categories and they are active in everything. Theta is a great example. ΚΑΘ 7 ΑΞΔ 6 ____________________________ Conclusion: AXiD’s are hot. We all know this. They’re also very popular especially within upper mid. We all know this. I saw people saying other wise and that’s why you shouldn’t take this site too seriously. While they’re hot and pretty and have made great improvements we just need a little more this fall. It’s a very close call. Get some positions on exec and you’ll pass Theta and take their spot in upper mid. However,,, for right now,,, AXiD is a true mid chapter. Simply because they are below Theta. Not by much but still below. Considering how below Theta is to Pi Phi it wouldn’t make sense for AXiD to be upper mid. So for right now… Top 1. Kappa Delta 2. Zeta Tau Alpha 3. Alpha Delta Pi Upper Mid 4. Delta Delta Delta 5. Pi Beta Phi 6. Kappa Alpha Theta True Mid: 7. Alpha Xi Delta 8. Chi Omega Lower Mid: 9. Alpha Epsilon Phi 10. Kappa Kappa Gamma Bottom: 11. Delta Zeta 12. Gamma Phi Beta ____________________________ If you get a top / upper mid hoco pair, and a pan exec position you will surpass Theta and they will be booted to true mid. Simply because Pi Phi and TriDelt are so strong, and both trail far behind. Anything lower is of true mid status. It just makes sense. You can’t have a category of $200,000 and $100,000 then also include $50,000. If that sums it up.
