Top Tier: (ΘX, ΣΧ, ΑΤΩ) These top frats are the most respected & successful frats with the most attractive guys. Girls love them. Extremely competitive. They are all friends with the same sororities and have the best houses and brothers. Their parties are always packed and sororities will actually show out at their socials and events. Close brotherhood for the most part for these fraternities. - - - - - Upper Mid Tier: (ΔΥ, ΖΒΤ) The upper mids are prominent and also very popular. Highly competitive. They have great houses and fun parties but some guys don’t have the best reps. The upper srats like to have socials with most of these frats. They also have fun events. Both have a great brotherhood. - - - - - True Mid Tier: (ΔΣΦ, TKE, ΦΓΔ) These solid mid frats are great and getting more popular on campus. They have nice houses and fun parties. Majority attractive, nice guys who party, involved, competitive. These guys have good reputations, they get girls and have great social events. Brotherhood is a priority to these fraternities. - - - - - Lower Mid Tier: (ΠΚΦ, ΚΣ) PiKapp have some attractive guys, making improvements and working on relations, nice guys with good reputations. They are involved and have great social events. KSig is currently suspended & can’t rush or have socials. They have a great house, a lot of attractive guys and are very competitive. have consistent trouble and often suspended. Brotherhood is tight for both. - - - - - Bottom Tier: (ΣΑΕ, ΦΔΘ) These bottom frats used to be better, but are both currently struggling. SAE has no frat house. They party and some get girls, but they have strained/no srat relations. They have some attractive guys and are competitive. PhiDelt is suspended, can’t have socials. They have a fun house, a lot of attractive guys and are very competitive. They are often in trouble. Brotherhood is strong for both chapters.
