Some of our srat chapters have serious sisterhood issues and membership retention problems. If you are only recruiting pretty girls who don’t have good personalities, you are hurting your chapter. Your retention and sisterhood will suffer if you continue being surface level and prioritizing looks over personality, values, diversity, etc. You might think superficial recruiting will help your ranking. It doesn’t help, you have to recruit girls with substance if you want a successful chapter. It’s 2023 make a change.
