Pi Phi & Tridelt are “upper chapters” theyre popular, pretty, have okays (both of them have bad things but also good things they’re known for) they have relations with upper mid and top frats, they’re saught after. They’re more similar than they are different. Theta is a very involved chapter, they’re popular & pretty and have a great reputation (theta has never had a scandal or huge issue) but theta is more of a mid chapter in reality. They’re still great and above all the others
