Sorority Spring Recruitment ~ Spring 2023 Spring recruitment is informal and you can look at the chapters you are interested in. COB stands for Continuous Open Bidding. Chapters will not know who is participating in COB until after the fall semester. Chapters participating will post COB info on Instagram. Please do not ask about dates until January. Follow the chapters you are interested in on Instagram. It will let them know you’re interested. Keep your social media classy. Don’t gossip about any chapter on or off social media. It’s a bad look and we always find out. We are looking for girls who will represent our chapters positively. All tiers participate in COB, upper tiers are included. If they are able to take more girls they will participate. Greek life changed, it’s not just all about looks. We recruit for personality, reputation, values, diversity, intelligence, confidence. Yes we all want attractive girls but other factors are just as important.
