i’ll be honest with you. 1. generally nobody in the real world sees theta chi as #1 sigma chi is definitely the #1. but ppl would rather hang out w theta chi. if that makes sense idk but. sigs are seen as conceited, superficial, mean, exclusive and theta chi are seen in a positive light. 2. sigma chi does, theta chi isn’t too crazy. but ask at rush! 3. they both have houses. theta chi house is in greek ghetto and has nice ass backyard. sigma chi is the first house on campus and looks beautiful.
