I get what you are saying, tiers are superficial. People will join your frat/srat if your group is fun, genuine and thriving. It’s better to have a cute true friend than to have a hot stranger as a sister/brother. Fortunately most people aren’t tier driven and end up where they are meant to be. If they join only for the status they usually end up disappointed or drop.
