1. some chapters incentivize girls to go because at the end of the semester the chapter with the most attendances gets a donation to their philanthropy 2. I think they just generally have less girls in the chapter attend 3. they are hosting but they can listen from the back of the room. There wouldn’t be enough room for people to sit if they all attended too 4. no they’re not unaffiliated the whole year they likely just wear what is comfortable or what they wore to class before the meeting. It’s not required to wear letters at pan 5. they use another chapters house and welcome the girls in just like any other chapter does
