Your age might deter some frats but honestly if you fit in with the vibes of a certain frat then you have a chance to get a bid. It’s free to rush so check around to see where you feel like you’d fit in and attend their rush events. For the rush process your job shouldn’t interfere for the most part since most of the events are at night when people aren’t in class. Just remember that if you do get a bid you’ll be 7 years older than a lot of the guys you’re rushing with which might end up feeling weird.
