Phi delt: Pros- cheap dues, lot of brothers, good social scene, top tier. Cons- greek ghetto house, give a ton of bids, Super large fraternity so not as “exclusive”, douchey. Sigma Chi: Pros- Nice house on campus, Good social scene, Top tier, considered to be the most “exclusive” on campus. Cons- expensive dues, they've been on and off suspension for a while, hard to get a bid, douchey.
