If you want high middle tier or top tier, they definitely take more interest if they see you have a ton of followers/likes. If you have a good Insta (VSCO or Lightroom edited pics, FaceTuned, booty pics, pretty pics with lots of likes) and getting into a looks-based chapter matters to you, keep it public.
