She’s clearly mentally ill with body dysmorphia among other things. Sadly her friends do nothing but foster it and defend it because they don’t know better. Look how giant her eyes are and how tiny her nose is in her profile picture. To her, anything short of that is unattractive. To us, it’s extreme and a bit disturbing. Hopefully one day she’ll be comfortable looking like a normal human.
