This is arguably one of the better fraternity tier lists and is realistic coming into this Fall semester. At the top you have Phi delt, sig, and ato. Phi delt has pure numbers and big campus influences. Even though their house is in the ghetto, their size puts them at top. Sigma Chi and ATO are the two best houses on campus. This alone puts them up top. Here in the mid is KSig, Zbt, Ox, and Dsig. The thing holding Kappa Sig from being top is their brothers. Past couple of classes seemed like some average dudes. Zbt and ox have pretty big influence, but these guys are not top tier material. Delta sig is really make or break after coming off suspension. Low tiers could be whatever. All these houses are in the ghetto and kinda similar. Bottom tier is not worth
