Depends on the sorority - KD, Tri Delt, ADPI, ZTA - mostly on looks and personality I will say I was a little shallow my first year or two rushing. I would give a girl a lower score if she didn’t fit the look of our sorority. Now that I’m older, I don’t really care. I think the whole process is messed up to be honest. A lot of times you forget the people you talk to because you might talk to 4+ girls per party. KD is pretty bad about looks. I’ve heard a lot of my friends in KD say you get rated as you walk in the door and if you fall below a certain number you won’t get invited back - doesn’t matter how involved you are, how good your conversation was, etc. If you aren’t “pretty enough,” you have no chance.
