Alpha Sig, ZBT, and Sammy shouldn't even be on there if we are talking about National Ranks. KA and Theta Chi have a way stronger National rank than Aepi and Beta. KA runs the SEC and most East Coast schools. Theta Chi has a strong national rep and they have so much notable alumni that donate back to their nationals. I would also switch Kappa Sig to #4 and move Pike to #3. Pike is well-known for being a top house and they just about have a chapter at every college.
