Yah, Gentle Ben's used to be the ATO house, though it was in the original location on Tyndall where the Marriott is now. I know GB's owners. The Tyndall house was a UA satellite office, then a fraternity house, then Dirtbags (yes, there was a Dirtbags West in the 80's), then Gentle Ben's, then it was torn down to build the Marriott. GB's current location on University Ave. used to be a bank and a retail space before the restaurant rebuilt on it.
